WHAT IS A TAROT READING?
My approach to the tarot is that the cards are a tool for bridging the gaps between our conscious mind, our subconscious, and our hearts. Tarot can bring new perspectives and shine light on a situation that helps us make sense of things, empowering us to choose the best course of action for ourselves. When I do a tarot reading, the goal is to provide things like:
- more perspective and context on a situation
- guidance on how to handle a situation or solve a problem
- insight for decision-making
- empowerment through providing some next steps
- closure or confirmation on an issue
HOW DOES A TAROT READING WORK?
To get the best answers, it is important to ask clear questions and to focus our energy on the cards. When I do the reading for you, I will shuffle my deck while meditating on you and your query. I will also decide a spread to use (a layout of cards in which each position has a particular meaning) that will best fit the situation and provide the most value and insight. Then I will lay out the cards in the spread and interpret their meanings in order to answer your question.
