Shipping
WHERE: Right now I am only able to ship to the 🇺🇸 United States, 🇨🇦 Canada, and 🇦🇺 Australia. Shipping to the 🇬🇧 UK has been temporarily suspended due to the Brexit changes as of January 2021. Once I get things figured out, I may be able to open that again with some additional fees for you (alas). This is unfortunate (and I’m still making sure I get the international shipping prices accurate) but I am hoping to be able to expand soon!
WHEN: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation (and my full-time job), I ship orders out once a week on Saturday mornings. If you place your order anytime after EOB (5pm CST-ish) on a Friday, it is likely that your order will not go out until the following Saturday.
HOW: Candles are sent via USPS Priority Mail Service with tracking. Stationery-only orders are sent via regular USPS mail, with no tracking unless requested.
LOCAL: If you are in the Austin area and choose the Local Pickup option, please add a note to your order so that we can coordinate.
Candles
HOW: All candles are hand-crafted in my home kitchen, based in Austin, Texas. I use 100% soy wax and naturally-derived fragrance oils. Each candle is lovingly poured, embellished, labeled, and packaged by me.
WHEN: Candles take time to reach perfection! I create candles in batches, but once poured they need at least a couple of weeks to cure, in order to ensure maximum fragrance throw and enjoyment. Because of this, it may take some time to restock when my inventory runs out! Please keep checking back for restocks, or sign up for my newsletter to be notified when items are back in stock.
ADORNMENTS: All herbs, flowers, and crystals used as candle adornments are from local and/or indie sources whenever possible. There is no need to remove any of these before burning! These adornments will just float or melt into the wax as the candle is burning, and in the case of herbs and flowers, will enhance the fragrance! Once your candle is all burned (down to about 1/4-inch of wax left) you can remove the crystals or stones to save.
WOODEN WICKS: Please note that the wooden wicks used in our candles are covered under these patents owned by Lumetique.

CANDLES: clean-burning wax (100% soy unless otherwise indicated; then it might be coconut soy, apricot coconut creme, or beeswax coconut creme), clean-burning cotton wicks, clean-burning wooden wicks, eco-friendly fragrance oils, liquid dye.
